A first for the Creative Department by Messina, we moved into PS40 in the city for four nights, bringing our degustation to their bar tables.
PS40 handcrafted ten cocktails; incorporating our signature gelato flavours, whilst our chefs moved into the back of house, curating five sweet and five savoury dishes from our Creative Department degustation – each revolving around gelato and the unexpected.
