The Christmas Coma Is Now Sold Out

Our trifle has become a bit of a yearly tradition, and one our Christmas tables can't live without - and this year is no exception. Channelling a good 'ol Aussie Christmas in the sunshine, we've gone tropical with our flavours this year:

This year's flavours:
Passionfruit mousse
Guava flummery (a bit like a whipped jelly)
Macadamia crunch
Coconut chiboust (a lightly whipped coconut cream)
Mango soaked sponge
Mango sorbet
Handmade chocolate coconut on top

Comes with:
1 x large glass bottle of Messina rum custard (made with Messina Milk of course)
Messina branded glass trifle bowl
Box of 5 x Messina Print Christmas crackers (some of which contain free Messina scoops and a year’s supply of Messina hiding inside) and a Messina branded cooler bag

PRICE: $170 / SERVES 20-30 (depending on how much you eat!)

PICK UP LOCATIONS: Available at all stores apart from The Star, Surry Hills, Richmond and Coolangatta

COLLECTION TIMES: When ordering your cake, make sure you select a pick-up time between 12pm on FRIDAY 20th December and 6pm on Christmas Eve (24th December). You cannot pick up before 20th December – sorry!

TRAVEL TIME: This year you'll be getting a snazzy Messina cooler bag and icepack as part of your Christmas cake package. If you keep the cooler bag sealed, you can travel for up to 2 hours. Pop it in the freezer as soon as you get to your destination.

SERVING INSTRUCTIONS: Basically it’s a ‘free for all’ service. Take it out of the freezer 30-45 minutes before serving (depending on your home freezer), give it a poke to test how soft it is.

TRIFLE BOWL DIMENSIONS: 22cm (diameter), 12cm (h) so make sure it fits in ya freezer!
