We’re heading North, visiting our favourite beachside hotel in Freshwater with an epic tropical Pav-Lover Sundae.

Celebrating the sunshine and summer we didn’t have, our gelato stand will be popping up in the courtyard at Harbord Hotel, part of the Taste Of The Beaches festival. They've curated a limited-edition savoury menu centred around seafood with crispy Balmain Bug po boys, Tiger Prawn rolls and their moreish potato scallops with wakame-vinegar salt and ailoi.

Their bar will also be slinging gelato margaritas all weekend:

Classico – lime sorbet, blanco tequila, agave, sea salt
Salted Coconut & Mango – salted coconut & mango sorbet, reposado tequila, lime juice, coconut flakes
Blood Orange Anejo – blood orange sorbet, anejo tequila, mezcal mist, fresh orange

Drop into our gelato stand in the courtyard for dessert, we're making a tropical Pav-Lover Sundae – salted coconut & mango salsa, lychee meringue, passionfruit & raspberry puree, freeze dried raspberries and toasted coconut chips.
